Suggested Wine Pairing - 2015 Ironstone Vineyards Limited Release Muscat Canelli, Sierra Foothills ($18/bottle)

Our 2015 Limited Release Muscat Canelli is made in a traditional style, portraying the incredible floral characters of orange blossoms, gardenia, jasmine, rose petals, spring wildflowers and a touch of lychee nut in the nose. Fresh apricots, tangerines, and peaches dominate the luscious texture on the palate. This dessert-style wine has a rich and long finish that is clean and refreshing. 100% Muscat Canelli. Only 150 cases produced.

Suggested Wine Pairing - 2015 Ironstone Vineyards Reserve Viognier, Sierra Foothills ($20)
Our classic, yet refined 2015 Reserve Viognier has a tropical bouquet of mango, pineapple and guava with hints of citrus and honey. A soft bouquet of vanilla and butter is followed by delightful flavors of pineapple, citrus, and cream with soft oak undertones. This richly balanced, ripe white lingers on the palate with its long, lingering finish. 90% Viognier. 10% Chardonnay.

Our Pinot Noir gives you seductive aromas of luscious black cherries mixed with cloves, spice and a touch of vanilla. These are followed by a well-rounded and supple cherry and plum flavor with a bit of earthiness. Soft tannins and smoky black tea-tobacco notes finish this full-flavored wine deliciously. 83% Pinot Noir, 11% Syrah, 6% Petite Syrah.
