All clothes and jewelry are available at Envy Fine Clothing, with locations in Atwater, Turlock, Modesto, Riverbank and Merced.

If the leaves are changing colors and Starbucks is pumping out the Pumpkin Spice Latte, then it must be time to bring out the fall wardrobe. Fall clothing is like a good reliable friend and here are a few new trends to spice up the relationship.

EBONY AND IVORY The contrast between these two colors creates a high-impact visual punch. It’s a color combination that exudes sophistication and yet is so easy to put together. Ivory blouse by SUGAR + L!PS and black jeans by Flawless.

70's INSPIRED The 70s are experiencing a renaissance right now. The retro trends like wide-leg pants, Boho dresses, corduroy minis, and bold stripes are having major moments this season. Corduroy dusty rose mini skirt and striped sweater by Billabong.

CAMOUFLAGE Over the last few years camouflage has been popping up more and more in street styles. This season it’s hitting the main stream in many forms and with some twists on the tried-and-true Army green.

PUFFER VESTS AND JACKETS Here’s a trend that should make fashionistas happy — an option that is both stylish and cozy. The vests and jackets have moved from functional to fashionable this season. Black puffer vest by Love Tre; blouse by Blu Pepper; and jeans by Hudson.

SNAKESKIN No one will boo or hiss (pun intended) your fashion choices this season if you include this print in your wardrobe. Pinterest stated the search for snake print was up by 642 percent in 2019. Black body wrap by Nikibiki and snakeskin skirt by Blu Pepper.

TRENCH It wouldn’t be accurate to state the trench coat is seeing a resurgence, since this perennial favorite has never really fallen out of fashion. This season the classic is coming in softer fabrics that drape the body rather than the more structured style.
