Vintage Faire Mall has been a Modesto shopping destination for shoppers throughout the region since 1977.

Annie Amies, marketing manager for Vintage Faire, believes that the charm and hospitality of the community sets the stage for Vintage Faire to be a year-round destination and gathering spot for its loyal shoppers.

“Nine out of 10 shoppers’ visits are spent at Vintage Faire as it is a long standing community staple,” she said.

The mall is situated inside a two-level enclosed center and outside in a pedestrian-friendly urban village directly off of Highway 99. The store was built in 1977, but renovated in 2002 and then again in 2008.

Amies adds that the center’s convenient location makes it easy to stop and shop, grab a bite to eat and get back on the road whether you are local, visiting or passing through.

There are over 170 retailers and restaurants to select from and that ranges from fast fashion to high-end brand selection. In turn, this provides thousands of jobs to a variety of talents and skill sets.

“We have new retailer additions occurring on a regular basis, including new additions like Daniel’s Jewelers and Charlotte Russe,” said Amies.

The Village outdoor shopping area has high quality retailers such as APPLE, COACH, bebe and Sephora, but provides convenient eateries such as BJ’s Brewhouse, Chipotle and Buffalo Wild Wings.

“We’re anchored by Macys, Macy’s Men & Home, Sears, Forever 21 and JCPenney, but have a great mix of specialty kiosk products ranging from Children’s products, great gift options and high end cosmetics,” she said.

Vintage Faire Mall strives to provide high-quality variety for their shoppers with convenient amenities such as their Play Area that’s sponsored by Sutter Health, complete with charging stations for parents.

“We pride ourselves in creating a safe, clean and inviting environment with modern conveniences such as our text concierge, KIPSU, and our mobile app (available for iPhone and Android phones),” said Amies.

Vintage Faire shopper average total expenditures per visit of $132 exceeds the prevailing ICSC industry benchmark of $97 for average total mall spending.
